NPHF/Purdue Pharma L.P. Pain Management Awards

The Application deadline is November 1, 2012.

Five (5) awards will be given to practicing nurse practitioners and graduate nurse practitioner students whose research or educational projects are related to pain management. Priority will be given to projects that target pain relief while avoiding misuse/abuse/diversion. Each recipient will receive an initial award of $3,500. Upon completion of the project, an additional $1,500 will be awarded to each recipient to support project dissemination (e.g. travel expenses for presenting at a regional/national meeting, editing a paper for publication; preparing a poster, etc.). The project must be completed within 2 years. Five (5) awards. Total amount of each award is $5,000.

Application Instructions:

  1. The forms are in a fillable PDF format. Please fill them out online.
  2. Print the application forms in their entirety.
  3. Gather the rest of the information you need to submit.
  4. Order the forms and information according to the checklist.
  5. Make 3 copies.
  6. Mail the original and the 3 copies to:
