International NP News
International Council of Nurses/Nurse Practitioner Advanced Practice Network
Is a resource for NPs who are interested in international practice and international issues. They are a membership organization with various committees and subcommittees in the areas of: education, practice, health policy, and research. Several research papers are surveys on the state of NP/APN practice globally. As of a 2008 report, there were 41 countries with NP/APN practices. There is an annual conference that brings nurses and NPs/APNs from around the world together for seminars and conversation.
